<p class="Paragraph">When you click the object for the first time, the eight handles with which you can change the size appear. You can also drag the whole object to move it to another position on the slide.</p>
<p class="Paragraph">Click the <span class="T1">Rotate</span> icon that in <help:productname xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help">%PRODUCTNAME</help:productname> Draw can be found on the main toolbar under <span class="T1">Effects</span> and directly on the main toolbar in <help:productname xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help">%PRODUCTNAME</help:productname> Impress.</p>

<p class="Paragraph"><help:key-word value="objects; pivot points of" tag="kw68209_6" xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help"/><help:key-word value="pivot points; of objects" tag="kw68209_5" xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help"/>If you position the mouse pointer over a handle, the pointer indicates that you can rotate the object by dragging the mouse. In the middle of the object, a small circle indicates the pivot point. It can be moved to any other position with the mouse. When you drag the corners of the object with the mouse, the object rotates around the pivot point. Dragging the middle points on the sides slants the object in relation to the opposite edge.</p>
<p class="Paragraph">Click on the object once again to display the eight handles. If you double-click within the object, the handles change and the text cursor appears positioned in the middle of the object. You can now enter text which is automatically connected to the object.</p>

You can then refresh the screen.</p>
